What To Expect
Most clients train their brain 1 to 3 times per week for about 3 to 6 months. All training is currently offered remotely, and it is highly recommended you start with an evaluation and brain map.
When you combine meditation with neurofeedback therapy, you can often decrease the number of sessions by about 50%. Most importantly, meditation is not one-size-fits-all, so it’s important to make sure you appropriately match your NeuroMeditation style to your brain.
