A Brain Map is like a multi-point inspection of your brain’s performance, and this is an important first step to determine how and if neurofeedback therapy is going to help you achieve your goals.

Science of Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback uses positive reinforcement to enhance performance. In other words, every time your brain is showing improvement, you are rewarded.

What To Expect

Most clients train their brain 1 to 3 times per week for about 3 to 6 months. All training is currently offered remotely, and it is highly recommended you start with an evaluation and brain map.

NeuroMeditation Training

When you combine meditation with neurofeedback therapy, you can often decrease the number of sessions by about 50%. Most importantly, meditation is not one-size-fits-all, so it’s important to make sure you appropriately match your NeuroMeditation style to your brain.

"After just one neurofeedback session my wife said I was a changed man. I was more pleasant, had more energy, and I slept great that night."
